The branch opened in Izmir blows out its first candle: top products include those for cutting, squaring and lapping processes.
A new location opened last year in a rapidly expanding territory. On April 12, 2022 Tecno Diamant, an Italian company based in Formigine (MO) and a leader in the Sassuolo Ceramic District in the production of diamond tools for stoneware and natural stone, opened an office in Izmir, Turkey.
The branch, currently staffed by five people, represents a commercial arm for Tecno Diamant that constantly relies on the Formigine headquarters in production and is the newest among five other foreign offices opened by the company to expand its business around the world: Spain, Poland, Russia, China and Brazil. Triggering the need to open the branch was the exponential growth of the Turkish market, which has become, thanks in part to a series of investments, one of the world’s most important centers for ceramic production.
In this first year of opening, products of greatest appeal include diamond, resinoid, and Fickert abrasive tools designed for use in cutting, squaring, lapping, and beveling processes. An offer totally made in Italy, made of quality and attention to the customer and that has made Tecno Diamant, over the years, a reliable partner for many international realities.
As with the other outposts, the Turkish branch aims to benefit local customers who will be able to receive products with the same production quality as the parent company, faster and ensure even more efficient technical, spare parts and customer care support. A 360-degree pre- and post-sales service made possible only by the on-site presence that can provide prompt delivery of major products to neighboring countries as well, serving a market that, as mentioned above, is becoming increasingly important on the international economic scene.
