We are pleased to announce that from November 2024, corporate welfare, designed to offer our employees concrete support in the areas of family, health, education and recreation, will be available throughout 2025. With this initiative, we want to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of those who passionately engage in our work environment every day. Corporate welfare is a response to the modern needs of employees, offering them a range of benefits, such as vouchers for the purchase of goods and services, support for sports activities, family care services and much more. Each employee will have the opportunity to choose, based on his or her needs, the options that best suit his or her daily life. Our goal is to create a work environment that is increasingly inclusive and attentive to personal needs, so that everyone can best reconcile their professional and private spheres. Corporate welfare is another step in this direction.
We are happy to be able to offer this new opportunity and to continue to grow together as a team. Corporate welfare is a concept that has become increasingly relevant in recent years, but what does it encompass? It can include a wide range of initiatives, and among the main categories of services offered, we find for example:

  • Health and Wellness: Health insurance, regular medical checkups, prevention programs, and psychological support that help improve employees’ physical and mental health;
  • Training and Professional Growth: Professional development courses, access to e-learning platforms, support for undergraduate or postgraduate education;
  • Leisure and Culture: Vouchers for sports activities, movies, cultural events and vacations;
  • Mobility and Transportation Support: Fuel vouchers, subscriptions to public transportation or company bicycles, with the aim of encouraging sustainable mobility.

And many others. For the employee, corporate welfare is an opportunity to improve their lifestyle, reduce stress, and increase their level of satisfaction. Offering support in managing family life, taking care of one’s health, and improving one’s professional skills are factors that positively influence engagement and motivation. In this way, employees feel more valued and supported, creating a healthy and productive work environment. For the company, companies that invest in the welfare of their employees foster the creation of a positive corporate culture that encourages collaboration, improved individual and team performance, and the ability to attract talent. In recent years, investing in corporate welfare means investing in the future, creating a virtuous cycle that brings value to everyone: employees, companies and, ultimately, the community.
