Historical memory is a bridge between the past and the future – Jan. 27, 2025

January 27 each year marks Holocaust Remembrance Day, a time dedicated to remembering the victims of the Holocaust and the atrocities committed during World War II. This anniversary was established to keep historical memory alive and to raise awareness among future generations of the values of human dignity, freedom and tolerance.
The choice of the date is not accidental: on January 27, 1945, Red Army troops liberated the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp, a tragic symbol of Nazi extermination. Millions of Jews, along with other persecuted minorities such as Roma, Sinti, homosexuals, the disabled and political opponents, lost their lives in the concentration and extermination camps.

Remembering means not only honoring the victims, but also reflecting on the past to prevent similar mistakes from happening again. Historical memory is a bridge between the past and the future, an essential tool for building a more just and inclusive society. In the corporate context, this day invites us to promote the values of diversity, equity and inclusion, which are fundamental to a respectful and collaborative work environment. Creating, at the same time, an environment where diversity is celebrated, the rights of all respected to develop a corporate culture based on empathy and inclusion. Itis a year-round commitment.

Availability of Corporate Welfare: a new support for our employees

SpesaSospesa.org is a circular solidarity project promoted by the Lab00 ETS Foundation. The initiative is based on a circular solidarity model, aimed at supporting citizens in economic distress through the distribution of basic necessities.
