Tecno Diamant, a leading industrial diamond and diamond equipment company based in Formigine, MO, is pleased to announce a major development in its corporate structure.

After 10 years of service within the company, Omer Saetti, who holds a degree in economics and a resume specializing in marketing and business management, was brought on board. In his time at Tecno Diamant, Saetti began as a marketing officer and then became a salesperson, contributing significantly to increasing sales, acquiring new customers and achieving budget goals. He also played a crucial role in Tecno Diamant’s expansion into new international markets, with a focus on the subsidiary in Turkey. The decision to include Saetti in the corporate structure was a collective proposal born out of gratitude for his commitment and achievements throughout his career. This choice also reflects the shared ideas and values that have always characterized the company and its business plan, such as great opportunities for growth on the one hand professional and on the other corporate. With this entry, Tecno Diamant’s corporate structure now consists of four partners with distinct roles: Mauro Serradimigni manages the administrative side, Marco Stefani is in charge of foreign trade and international branch management, Fabrizio Di Marino serves as managing director, and Omer Saetti is commercial and manager of the company’s Turkish branch.

This is a new phase for Tecno Diamant, which, also following the news of the increase in share capital from 800 thousand euros to 1 million, enthusiastically welcomes this moment of corporate growth and consolidation of skills within the team and looks forward to the future with optimism. Tecno Diamant boosts logistics

At a difficult time, characterized by difficulties in material procurement, Tecno Diamant, a leading manufacturer of diamond tools, decided to totally absorb the increase in costs without passing them on to the customer. A concrete action also made possible by the foresight of the logistics manager, who in the not-so-suspicious times decided, given the then particularly favorable conditions, to increase stock in the warehouse. Along with cost-cutting, Tecno Diamant’s signature logistics also stands out for reduced management time. Because it is networked, the new 4.0 management system is able, once the order is received, to start the job order automatically, thus initiating production and the necessary documentation.
